ORBIT production managed the conceptualising and build of the Village Green Festival Gardens, held in Darling Quarter. A completely new precinct for the festival spanning over 5 weeks of daily programming. The team meticulously planned the site from the ground up, including two performance tents and hospitality areas, ensuring that the audience experience was always centred.

From writing a successful Development Application, working with tent operators to ensure compliance with local building laws, organising suppliers to build the precinct, briefing in decor for the much loved colour and movement on site, to working with venue staff and security on daily operations, our team were all over it.
