In collaboration with Sydney WorldPride 2023, the largest LGBTQIA+ celebration in the world, ORBIT successfully transformed Carriageworks into the First Nations Gathering space. Marri Madung Butbut consisted of a huge six-day program of First Nations talent across four stages and hosted a range of culturally significant performances including music, dance, theatre, comedy, talks, markets, visual art, and cultural exchange.

ORBIT were instrumental in producing all elements of this high-profile, international event including site functionality and layout, venue creative design, event and technical management, show development of brand-new commissioned works, management of local and international talent, event staffing, stakeholder engagement and seamless production delivery.
