4Elements Hip Hop Festival
2024
Client: Vvya Entertainment, Blacktown City Council
Role: Event Management, Technical Management, Talent Management, Site Management
Venue: Blacktown CBD
For its 10 year anniversary, the 4Elements Hip Hop Festival (4E Sydney for short) returned to the Blacktown CBD for a celebration of all things hip hop culture including stage performances, markets, vinyl record swap, vintage car display, breakdancing competitions, graffiti wall with acclaimed artists, and kids activities such as tagging a prop train carriage. The event was attended by 20,000 people across the afternoon, spilling across two closed roads, one major park and the train station carpark, with something for everyone available to enjoy.
There was a real focus on celebrating Western Sydney talent, the stage program filled with legends such as Mo’ju, Jamaica Moana and energetic rap group 1300.
ORBIT produced the event in collaboration with Vyva Entertainment, with our team looking after all event operations, logistics, supplier engagement, staffing and compliance documentation. We concentrated on bringing together the look and feel of the site, across signage, decor and environmental lighting treatment, which elevated the audience experience from previous years.
